Information related to formation of Internal Complaint Committee under Sexual Harassment Act-2013
According to Section 4(1) of the Act, an Internal Complaints Committee was constituted for appropriate action on complaints related to sexual harassment. Partial amendment in the above constituted Internal Complaints Committee.
Regarding uploading of information related to formation of Internal Complaints Committee constituted at each workplace under Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act 2013 on the website of concerned authority/executive organization/institution/body/District Magistrate.
