Pt. Deen Dayal Cooperative Farmers Welfare Loan Scheme – At present, Pt. Deen Dayal Cooperative Farmers Welfare Loan Scheme is operated in the Cooperative Department. Under this scheme, short-term crop loans of up to Rs. 01 lakh to small, marginal farmers and families living below the poverty line, and up to Rs. 03 lakh for non-agricultural works, and up to Rs. Interest free loan of Rs. In the financial year 2022-23, 6240 farmers were benefited by disbursing short term loan of Rs 3211.55 lakh, and medium term loan of Rs 703.12 lakh to 897 farmers and Rs 17.50 lakh to 05 women groups.
Fertilizer Details- Fertilizers like Urea, NPK, DAP, Sagarika etc. are being made available to farmers at concessional rates by 15 committees of the district. In 2022-23, 530.970 MT Urea, 50 MT NPK and 151.007 MT DAP have been distributed.
Millet Mission Scheme – Under the Millet Mission in the financial year 2022-23, 346.67 quintals of Maduva were purchased from a total of 229 farmers at the rate of Rs.3578 per quintal.
Chief Minister Ghasiyari Kalyan Yojana– The government launched this scheme on October 31, 2021, with a view to remove the shortage of green fodder in the hilly areas and reduce the burden of the hilly women. During the financial year 2022-23, 3120.00 quintals of packed silage has been made available to 2159 members.
State Integrated Cooperative Development Project- With the aim of making the cooperatives, farmers economically empowered, joint cooperative farming is being done in three committees (Loharkhet, Lathi, Naukodi) of development block Kapkot under the said project. Whose details are as follows-
